哈尔滨工业大学2007届本科优秀毕业设计（论文）选集 PAGE PAGE 414 - - 长春市我的家园3×29MW热水锅炉房工艺设计 市政环境工程学院：高龙 指导教师：王威 摘 要：本设计为长春我的家园小区的集中供热锅炉房工艺设计。采用3台型号为SHW29-1.25/130/70-A = 1 \* ROMAN II热水锅炉供热。锅炉房采用双层布置，底层为除渣层，上层为运行层。辅助间设在锅炉房右端作为固定端，分三层布置：水泵及水处理设备设、配电室在底层；仪表控制室、值班室、办公室、卫生间等分设在二、三层；左端作为发展端，分别设有上煤小室、除渣间及煤场；鼓风机、引风机及除尘器布置在风机间，设在锅炉房后面；运煤廊布置在锅炉房前面。锅炉循环水系统中设两台循环水泵，一用一备。 根据原水水样分析资料，设计选用固定床逆流再生钠离子交换器，解析除氧设备。 关键词：集中供热；锅炉房布置；水泵与水处理设备 Abstract：This design is a central heating design of ‘My Home’ communication in Changchun as some district of technological design of boiler building. This design adopts 3 SHW29-1.25/130/70-A = 1 \* ROMAN II boilers. The boiler building adopts double layers to decorate, the ground floor, in order to remove the gred, upper strata , in order to run on floor. Whether set up right end as regular end, divide into 3 assign in boiler building among being auxiliary. Water pump and water treatment equipment are set up in the ground floor; Instrument control building , laboratory , guards building , office , bathroom ,etc. are set up separately on the second and third floor; Left end as developed end including coal little building , removing gred building and coal yard; Air-blower , air-introduced machine , dust remover are in the fans building , set up in piece under boiler building to assign; Transport the coal corridor and electricity distribution building to decorate in front of the boiler building .Have two water circulating pumps in the circulating water system of the boiler, adopt and change the heating way in which the flow quality regulates stage by stage.
