基于学科制度视角的全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养模式研究——以教育硕士为例 摘 要 大力发展专业学位研究生教育既是国家政策导向, 也是我国学位与研究生教育体系 主动适应社会经济发展的内在要求。2009 年, 我国众多高校开始招收和培养全日制专业 学位硕士研究生;2010 年以来,增设 20 种 硕士专业学位和一大批培养单位,全日制专 业学位硕士规模迅速扩大, 学位和研究生教育结构调整取得显著成效。 但同时, 从总体 上看,全日制专业学位 硕士研究生培养“ 学术 化” 、与学术学位硕士“ 同质化” 的倾向比较 明显, 在一定程度上影响了全日制硕士专业学位的声誉、 研究生教育体系的整体培养质 量以及社会效益。 如何构建符合专业学位特性 、 适应社会经济发展需要的全日制专业学 位硕士研究生培养模式,已成为亟需解决的问题。 本文以全日制教育硕士为例, 以揭示全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养模式存在的问 题为基点, 以学科制度与全日制专业学位硕士研究 生培养模式的关联为主线, 探析学科 制度对全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养模式的影响和作用机制, 并基于学科制度针对性 提出优化全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养模式的策略和政策建议。 文章由五部分组成。第一章绪论,阐述选题目的、意义,并在文献综述的基础上, 明确问题研究的起点、 方法和核心概念, 构建整体分析框架。 第二章, 从探讨专业学 位 的特性入手, 研究全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养模式应有的特点, 进而揭示我国全日 制专业学位硕士研究生培养模式存在的问题。 第三章, 着力研究学科制度影响和作用全 日制专业学位硕士研究生培养模式的机理, 解释现有学科制度如何 “保障” 全日制专业 学位硕士培养模式 “ 学术化” 、 与学术学位硕士“ 同质化” 倾向。 第四 章, 针对当前存在的 主要问题, 提出 基于学科制度优化全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养模式的策略和政策建 议。结论部分,概述本文研究结论、研究局限及进一步研究的方向。 关键词: 全日制专业学位硕士研究生;培养模式;学科制度;教 育硕士 I Abstract To develop the professional postgraduate education is not only to perform the policy guidance, but also to adapt to the inherent requirement of social and economic developmentIn 2009, universities and colleges in our country began to recruit and cultivate full-time postgraduates with a professional degree.
