业务外包的风险管理研究 业务外包的风险管理研究 摘 要 随着信息化、全球化和网络化日益向纵深演进,原有的那种单个企业模式或简单的战略联盟己经不能适应新经济发展的需要。在资源有限的情况下,企业立足自身核心能力的建设和维护,并通过外包创新战略有效地借助外部能力,己经成为企业获得持续竞争优势的源泉。随着这种范式的转移,理论界和企业界都意识到外包创新的重要性,然而中外学者对于外包风险管理的研究还不全面和系统。我们都知道,风险与获利往往相伴而生。外包在给企业带来巨大利益的同时,也存在着巨大的风险。因此,识别外包风险并采取相应的管理策略将是维持外包“双赢”局面的关键。 本文旨在根据交易费用理论、核心能力理论等,通过分析外包过程中的风险,提出一些可供借鉴的管理策略。首先通过分析外包的内涵,来把握外包的实质问题。并界定本文所要研究的外包范畴。接着提出基于关系资本进行外包风险管理的重要性。再者识别了外包合作关系中的关键性风险,并就其发生的原因进行分析。最后,从事前、事中和事后三个层面提出了风险管理的策略。 关键词:外包创新、交易成本、 核心能力、 竞争优势、 风险管理Abstract Under the trend of globalization, and with the improvement of technology, the formal organization model of simple unit or alliance cannot satisfy the Development of new economy. Outsourcing Innovation is regarded as a valuable strategic asset, and more and more companies begin to incorporate Outsourcing into their overall business strategy in order to get the lasting competing advantage on the basis of core competence. However, when Outsourcing is gaining wider acceptance, almost little research has been studied concerning risk management. As is to know, risk always exists when enterprises have benefit from outsourcing. Therefore this paper advanced a strategic approach for companies to identify Outsourcing risk and obtain lots of risk management tactics. The thesis tries to provide lots of valuable and operational suggestions by identifying and analyzing outsourcing risk from classical economics and management theory. Firstly, we understand the essence and the extent of outsourcing by comparing the definition. Secondly bring forward the importance of risk management for outsourcing on the basis of relational capital. Thirdly, identify the principal outsourcing risk and analyze the reason.
