郑州交通职业学院 毕 业 论 文 论文题目: 项目决策阶段影响工程造价的 主要因素研究 摘 要 项目决策正确，意味着对项目建设做出科学的决断，选出最佳投资行动方案，达到资源的合理配置。这样才能合理地估计和计算工程造价，并且在实施最优投资方案过程中，有效地控制工程造价。项目决策失误，主要体现在不该建设的项目进行投资建设，或者项目建设地点的选择错误，或者投资方案的确定不合理等。诸如此类的决策失误，会直接带来不必要的资金投入和人力、物力及财力的浪费，甚至造成不可弥补的损失。在这种情况下，合理地进行工程造价的计价与控制已经毫无意义了。因此，要达到工程造价的合理性，事先就要保证项目决策的正确性，避免决策失误。项目决策的正确与否，是合理确定与控制工程造价的前提，它关系到工程造价的高低及投资效果的好坏，并直接影响到项目建设的成败。因此，有效的控制工程造价，加强建设项目决策阶段的工程造价管理意义重大。 关键词：决策阶段，工程造价，影响因素 Abstract Project decision-making right, means to make scientific decisions on construction program, select the best investment action plan, to achieve rational allocation of resources. So as to estimate and calculate the project cost reasonably, and in the process of implementation of the optimal investment scheme, effectively control the project cost. Project decision-making errors, mainly reflected in shouldnt invest in the construction, construction of projects for the error or project construction site selection, or the scheme determination of investment is not reasonable, etc. Such decision-making errors, will directly cause unnecessary waste of money and manpower, material and financial resources, and even cause irreparable damage. In this case, a reasonable project cost accounting and control has been meaningless. Therefore, to achieve the rationality of project cost, prior to ensure the correctness of the project decision-making, avoid decision-making errors. Project decisions correctly or not, is the precondition of reasonable and control the project cost, it is related to the discretion of the project cost and investment effect is good or bad, and directly affect the success or failure of the construction of the project.
