建筑总承包商施工阶段经营风险的管理研究 北京理工大学工程硕士学位论文 摘要 所谓过程经营管理就是指甲乙双方签订合同后在执行合同过程中所发生的一切 经营行为。经营管理与过程经营界限就在于合同的签订。投标阶段是过程经营管理的 前提,也是过程中经营管理的基础。当今社会由激烈的市场竞争作为主导,企业往往 会通过低价中标来获得市场份额,如果不能充分发挥过程中经营风险管理的作用,则 企业的赢利甚微,还有可能发生亏损,因此在投标活动结束之后要继续开展经营活动, 提高项目的收益。同时,通过过程中的各项风险管理可以促进甲乙双方的关系,提升 履约质量,为承接后续工程创造更有利的条件。 在已完成的论文工作中,汇集了在实际工作中总结出来的实践经验,将这些经验 同理论联系起来,从总承包商的角度充分分析工程过程中涉及的风险类型及特点,归 纳风险识别的方法,提出风险规避措施及管理方法,昀后运用实际案例来说明具体的 操作效果。因此,本论文的研究成果对于总承包企业施工进场后经营工作的成功起到 参考作用。 关键词:总承包商、经营、风险管理 II 北京理工大学工程硕士学位论文 Abstract The so-called process operation and management refers to a series of operation behaviors in the contract execution after the contract is signed and concluded. Operation management and process operation shall be divided once the contract is signed. The bidding phase is not only the premise for the process operation and management, but also the basis. Due to severe market competitions nowadays, enterprises usually get projects through bids with low prices to obtain the market shares. Based on this situation, if the process risk management cannot be made the most of, the profit of enterprises will be minimal. Sometimes, the projects may turns out to be deficit. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to continue a series of operation behaviors in order to improve and enlarge the benefits of projects after the bidding is over. Meanwhile, with the help of the related risk management in the process, the relationship between Party A and B will be largely improved, which will improve the quality of contract executions and paves the way for future project cooperationsThe practical experiences learned and summed up from practices have been put up in this thesis and connected with the theories. Furthermore, the methods are to be put forwarded and analyzed for the risk management in the process of “the Secondary Operation” at the place of the general contract.
