Ξ四药门花属及其近缘植物 ITS 区序列分析和系统学意义施苏华黄椰林章群金虹谈凤笑张宏达( Ξ 四药门花属及其近缘植物 ITS 区序列分析和系统学意义 施苏华 黄椰林 章 群 金 虹 谈凤笑 张宏达 ( 中山大学生命科学学院 , 广州 510275) 摘要 测定和分析了四药门花等 13 种金缕梅科 ( Hamamelidaceae) 植物的核糖体 DNA 转录间 隔区 ( ITS 区) 及 518S 编码区的序列 。应用最大简约法构建的分子系统树表明 : 被分析的金 缕梅 亚 科 ( Hamamelidoideae ) 植 物 形 成 一 个 单 系 类 群 , 亚 科 内 及 其 中 的 金 缕 梅 族 ( Hamamelideae) 内部呈复系演化 (polyphyletic) 的特征 ; 支持秀柱花族 ( Eustigmateae) (含秀柱 花属 Eusti gm a 、牛鼻栓 属 Fort uneari a 和 山 白 树 属 Si nowilsoni a ) 成 立 以 及 将 蚊 母 树 族 ( Dis2 tylieae) 与弗特吉族 ( Fothergilleae) 合并的观点 , 此结果与 Endress ( 1989) 系统接近 ; 金缕梅 族 中 金 缕 梅 属 ( Ham amelis) 与 弗 特 吉 族 中 的 弗 特 吉 属 ( Fort hergill a ) 、银 缕 梅 属 ( S haniodendron) 和水丝梨属 ( S ycopsis ) 系统发育关系密切 ; 四药门花属 ( Tetrat hyri um) 与 木属 ( L oropet al um ) 属于同一个单系类群 , 它们与 Ham amelis 的亲缘关系较远 。 关键词 四药门花属 , 金缕梅亚科 , 系统发育 , ITS 区 , 核糖体 DNA 分类号 Q 943 Analysis of the Its Sequences of Nuclear Ribosomal D NA from Tet rat hyri um ( Ha ma melidaceae) and the Related Genera and the Phylogenetic Signif icance SHI Su - Hua HUANG Ye - Lin ZHANG Qun J IN Hong TAN Feng - Xiao ZHANG Hong - Da ( School of Life Sciences , Zhongshan University , Guangzhou 510275) Abstract The sequences of the ITS regions and 518S coding region of nuclear ribosomal DNA from the genus Tetrat hyri um and the related genera of Hamamelidaceae were determined and analysed. Based on the ITS sequences , the phylogeny of Hamamelidoideae was reconstructed , which was similar to Endress’system of Hamamelidaceae in 1989. It was shown that all the species of the subfamily Hamamelidoideae formed a monophyletic group in this study. However within both Hamamelidoideae and the tribe Hamamelideae , the polyphyly was indicated in the MPTs. The monophyly of the tribe Eustigmateae was strongly supported (in2 cluding Eusti gm a , Fort uneari a and Si nowilsoni a ) .
