T he respon ses of attached algae on subm erged m acrophytes and in ert Strom a to am m on ia n itrogen (A N ) supp ly by static incubation test show that F ra ilaria of B acillariop hyta, M elosira, Cym bella, N avicula ;C hroococcus of Cyanop hyta is dom inant species at the collected sam p le,it evolved into N avicula,F railaria is dom inant species at low A N level and Stig eoclon ium of C h lorop hy ta ;C yclotella ^N avicula of B acillariop hyta at high level A N w hen it be laid into glass cy linder of tested group of d ifferent A N level ,b iom ass is positively correlated to low A N level (2.5m g/l) .Show ing A N level is im portant to attached algae. In sam e level of A N , the different strom as have no S ign ificant influence on the m ost of the algae,but the different strom as influence the attached speed of the algae, the attached speed on the sm ooth surface is slow er than on th e pu lled surface.
