针对我国铁路旅客运输现状 论运输服务发展空间 摘 要 中国铁路运输发展已逾百年,百年间铁路运输事业取得了较大发展,特别是近50年来,在新的路线政策方针指导下,推陈出新,突飞猛进,铁路运输已成为首要运输工具,特别是旅客运输,随着国民经济发展,现代化生活节奏加快,人们对出行工具要求逐渐提高,目前铁路旅客运输方面存在两方面现状,一是运输服务发展较快,更加合理化、人性化，进步很大，另外一方面是未满足需求，尚有可发展空间，为了解决运输供给不能满足运输需求的矛盾，进一步填补发展空间，特依据市场前沿的第一手资料及数据，对目前铁路运输现状进行调研分析，借鉴国内外先进理念，结合实际情况，对中国铁路旅客运输服务发展空间进行研究，并提出建议和办法，力争为中国铁路旅客运输服务发展做出理论贡献。 关键词：中国铁路；旅客运输；运输服务 In view of the present situation of railway passenger transport service China on development of space transportation Abstract China railway transport development for more than one hundred years, the railway transport industry 100 years has achieved great development, especially in the past 50 years, in the new route policy guidance, bring forth the new through the old, make a spurt of progress, the railway transportation has become the main means of transport, especially the passenger transport, with the development of national economy, the modern life rhythm accelerate, people gradually improve on the requirements of current travel tools, railway passenger transport and there are two aspects of the status quo, a transportation service is the development of faster, more rationalization, humanization, great progress, on the other hand is unmet needs, still can be the development of space, in order to solve the contradiction between transportation supply can not meet the transport demand, further to fill the space for development, according to the forefront of the market first hand information and data, investigation and analysis of the present situation of railway transportation, referring to the domestic and foreign advanced ideas, combined with the actual situation, conducts the research to the development space of service Chinese railway passenger transportation, and puts forward some suggestions and measures, and strive to make a theoretical contribution to the development of Chinese railway passenger transport service.
