With the topic of ideal head-teacher, the research con- ducted a questionnaire and made an analysis with a result of head-teacher idol from the perspective of higher vocational college stu- dents. Despite of diversity of value orientation, cultural multiplication and personality preference, there is still a lot of similarities ex- isted. To construct the staff of head-teacher in higher vocational college, it should be emphasized on the qualities of teacher moral and love, methods of construction of class and the skills and abilities of teaching strategies.
