（DO. 9x3m中心传动球磨机回转部分设计 摘要 球磨机在建材行业应用广泛，是FI前工业上广泛使用的细磨机械。磨机能粉 末各种硬度的物料，在矿场和发电厂均有应用。球磨机不但在建材工业屮广泛应 用，而且在冶金、选矿、化工、电力等工业屮也广泛采用. 本次设计为①0. 9x3m屮心传动球磨机，主要完成回转部分的任务，首先，这 次磨机的隔仓板为提升双层隔仓板，提升式双层隔仓板有强制物料流过的功能， 即通过的物料是不受相邻两仓物料水平面的限制，甚至前仓的物料面比后仓物料 面尚低的情况下仍可通过物料，可以控制其前后两口的适宜的“料球比”（该仓研 磨体质量与仓内存料质量Z比）。因此，它适合安装在干法磨的粉碎仓。第二，该 磨机为两端主轴承支撑，润滑方式采用静压启动，动压润滑的原理，这样可以降 低启动转矩，节约能耗，降低成本。第三，磨机衬板的材料为高锚钢，它具有一 定的抗冲击韧性，这样大大衬板的硬度和耐磨性。 关键词：球磨机，提升式隔仓板，主轴承，动静压润滑，高镭钢 OO. 9x3m Center ba I I slewing part of the des i gn ABSTRACT Ball mill is widely used in building mate rials industry , is currently widely used in industrial grinding mach in cry.
