水利水电建筑工程管理思路与方法 摘要：水利水电建筑工程是一个国家经济基础的 重要表现，近几年来，我国的水利水电工程建设有了突飞猛 进的发展，经过几十年来的实践经验，在水利工程建设方面 取得了许多丰硕的成果，以水利基础设施建设、民生水利建 设为当前我国的水利水电发展的重点任务，在各个省份大力 兴建水利，有效的开发拓展、合理利用水资源，消除防治灾 害的产生，从而有效的推动我国国民经济的快速发展和社会 进步。根据2011年7月份我国水利工作会议的思路部署， 我国水利水电工程发展已经逐步从原先的开发阶段上升到 综合治理阶段，因此，更加需要进一步加大对水利水电工程 的管理力度，为实现2030年我国水利水电工程现代化而努 力。 关键词：水利水电工程；管理思路；技术管理；进度管理; 考核;监控 #718； #805； abstract： water conservancy and hydropower construction project is a national important manifestation of the economic base, in recent years, our country， s water resources and hydropower eng in eer ing construction have the developme nt by leaps and bounds, after decades of practice experience, in the water conservancy project construction has achieved many fruitful resuIts, and water conservancy infrastructure construction, water conservancy construction of the people s livelihood as the focus of the current our country‘ s water resources and hydropower development, constructing water conservancy in various provinces, the development of effective development and reasonable utilization of water resources, eliminate the production of prevention and control of disasters, so as to effectively promote the rapid development of national economy and social progress in our country.
