Brief Introduction: Fortress Interlocks Ltd. have thirty years experience of supplying safety systems to the food beverage industry and could offer a wide range of solutions to the different safety problems. Fortress has supplied the safety gate interlock solution to the AB-InBev years in its production lines. AB-InBev china also takes Fortress as their safety gate interlock solution. As AB-InBev China might not specify the detailed model number of Fortress product to their suppliers, so there are three different Fortress solutions which were found on the Budweiser Wuhan plant (shown in the pictures below). In the application which shown in the Picture 1, the reset key was left on site, in this case the operator or the engineer could access to the inside of the fenced area without the authorization by just reset the safety gate switch; 2. In the application which shown in the Picture 23, the safety risk is the operator or the engineer could access to the inside of the fenced area while not taking the safety key together with themselves. In this case if others try to restart the machine then it would bring a big risk for the people which still be inside; 3. It would be better and easier for the training of safety procedure and also the management of the spare parts, if AB-InBev could try to implement the same safet
