　　 血尿酸浓度与冠心病心力衰竭相关性分析 　　 【关键词】? 血清尿酸 　　【摘要】? 目的? 探讨血尿酸（UA）浓度与冠心病心力衰竭的关系。方法? 回顾性分析冠心病和冠心病心力衰竭患者运用尿酸酶―过氧化物酶偶联法测定UA浓度并将两组进行比较。结果? 冠心病组中UA浓度＞350μmol/L 61例，＞450μmol/L 20例，＞500μmol/L 16例，发生率分别是36.31%、11.90%、9.52%。冠心病心力衰竭组中UA浓度＞350μmol/L 48例，＞450μmol/L 32例，＞500μmol/L 23例，发生率分别是64.86%、43.24%、31.08%，两组比较UA浓度增高所占的百分比差异有非常显著性（P＜0.01）。结论? 高尿酸血症与冠心病心力衰竭间存在密切关系，而且冠心病心力衰竭组的UA水平明显高于冠心病无心力衰竭者。 　　【关键词】? 血清尿酸；冠心病；心力衰竭 　　Relationship between concentration of uric acid and heart failure of coronary heart diseaseHAN Shu-zhen,DONG Xiao-lu,WANG Yu.Gonghui Hospital,Shanghai 200041,China 　　【Abstract】? Objective? This paper is to discuss the relationship between the concentration of uric acid (UA) and heart failure of coronary heart disease.Methods? The concentrations of UA between the coronary heart disease patients and the heart failure of coronary heart disease patients were determined by the uricase-peroxidase enzymatic method.Results? The number of the coronary heart disease patients whose concentration of UA of exceeded 350μmol/L is 61,exceeded 450μmol/L is 20,exceeded 500μmol/L is 16.The occurrence is 36.31%,11.9% and 9.52% respectively.The number of the heart failure of coronary heart disease patients whose concentration of UA of exceeded 350μmol/L is 48,exceeded 450μmol/L is 32,exceeded 500μmol/L is 23.The occurrence is 64.86%,43.24% and 31.08% respectively.The UA concentration between the two groups is statistically different (P＜0.01).Conclusion? There is closely relationship between hyperuricemia and heart failure of coronary heart disease.The UA level of the heart failure of coronary heart disease group is significantly higher than the coronary heart without heart failure disease group. 　　【Key words】? uric acid;coronary heart disease;heart failure 　　目前有大量文献报道，高尿酸与心血管疾病在流行病发病机制及相关治疗上密切相关，并提出血清尿酸水平是高血压、心脑血管疾病发生的独立危险因素［1］。为进一步明确高尿酸血症与冠心病心力衰竭的相关性，笔者进行了临床观察，现总结资料报告如下。 　　1? 资料与方法 　　1.1? 一般资料? 全部观察病例均为我院2005年1~8月住院的242例患者（合并痛风者不予入选）。观察病例分为两组，冠心病组168例，男74例，女94例；平均年龄（69±18）岁。冠心病心力衰竭组74例，男
