One: RNP RNAV is referenced to the aircraft defined path (recognises that there there can be errors between desired and defined path), Two: While ICAO RNP is referenced to the airspace Desired Path, it relies on a different set of assumptions on the error characteristics of the Defined Path that is called the RNAV path. Their RNAV path is not the navigation system path but probably reflects the signal in space characteristics for the navigation sensor infrastructure.
