不同手术方法治疗腹股沟疝1OO例的临床效果分析 叶守军 （霍山县下符桥镇卫生院 安徽 霍山 ） 【摘要】目的 研究不同的手术方式对腹股沟疝气的临床治疗效果并进行分析。方法 选取2009年4月~2014年月由我院门诊及住院部收入我科治疗的腹股沟疝气患者100例作为本次研究的对象，按照手术方式的不同分为观察组和对照组，其中观察组行无张力补片疝修补术，对照组行传统修补术，观察记录两组患者的疗效、并发症、复发率，术后随访1年时间，对比分析患者的恢复情况。结果 两组患者治疗后疗效比较χ2=17.3043（p=0.0000）；总并发症率比较χ2=11.5967（p=0.0007）；随访1年时间复发率比较χ2=19.6813（p=0.0000）；差异具有统计学意义。结论 无张力补片修补法治疗疝气在临床上的使用取得了显著的疗效，患者术后恢复良好，复发率低，具有较高的临床实践意义和理论价值。 【关键词】无张力补片疝修补术；传统修补术；腹股沟疝气；临床效果 Analysis of the clinical effects of different operation methods in the treatment of 1OO patients with inguinal hernia Ye Shoujun (Mount Holyoke County Fu Qiao Zhen health centers in Anhui Mount Holyoke 237221) Objective to study the operation mode analysis [Abstract] different for inguinal hernia clinical therapeutic effect and.
