PAGE PAGE I 论成都香格里拉大酒店员工满意度 摘要:本文在了解成都香格里拉大酒店员工满意度的现状,并探讨不同背景的员工对工作满意度是否存在差异。本文首先对相关员工满意理论进行了综述。利用问卷调查,图表分析的形式表现出成都香格里拉大酒店员工满意与酒店管理制度及酒店利润之间的关系,通过问卷形式对成都香格里拉大酒店员工进行满意度调查。根据成都香格里拉大酒店现有的员工满意度现状,得出酒店在员工满意度上面的问题所在,最后在结合影响因素一一对应提出了实现和提高满意度的具体途径。该篇论文在提升满意度方面得到的结论,首先,为成都香格里拉大酒店提高满意度提供了方法和实现途径,有利于其进一步提高酒店员工的满意度。其次,作为一个世界上著名的连锁酒店品牌,其在人力资源方面上的一些有利于提高满意度的制度和方法,有利于其他体制的酒店借鉴和学习,具有较为广泛的借鉴价值。 关键词:成都香格里拉酒店 员工满意度 提升建议 Analyses the Chengdu Shangri-La Hotel Staff Satisfaction Abstract: Based on the understanding chengdu shangri-la hotel employee satisfaction, and discusses the present situation of different background employees to job satisfaction exists difference. This paper firstly related employee satisfaction theory are reviewed. Using the questionnaire survey, charts analysis form the chengdu shangri-la hotel employee satisfaction and hotel management system and the hotel, the relationship between the profits by questionnaire on chengdu shangri-la hotel employee satisfaction survey. According to chengdu shangri-la hotel existing employee satisfaction, it is concluded that the present situation in hotel staff satisfaction of the questions above, at last in combination with influence factors one-to-one proposed the implementation and improve the satisfaction of specific way to approach it. This essay in the ascension satisfaction the conclusion, first of all, for chengdu shangri-la hotel provides methods and improving satisfaction realization way, which is helpful for its further improve the hotel employee satisfaction. Second, as a world famous chain hotel brand, its in the human resources is helpful to improve the satisfaction on some of the system and method, be helpful for other system to learn from the hotel, with a wide range of reference value.
