PAGE 9 - 苏建阳光新城扩初项目01幢商业楼结构设计 摘要 本设计题是苏建阳光新城扩初项目01幢商业楼。要求在给定建筑图和地质勘探报告的条件下，根据国家现行建筑、结构规范，进行计算设计，并绘制结构施工图。该商业楼为四层框架结构，总建筑面积4536平方米，建筑基底面积1134平方米，各层层高为4.5米，底层层高4.8米，总高19.5米。 本设计主要进行了结构方案中横向框架5轴框架的抗震设计。在确定框架布局之后，先进行了层间荷载代表值的计算,接着利用顶点位移法求出自震周期，进而按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用下大小，进而求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力（弯矩、剪力、轴力）。接着计算竖向荷载（恒载及活荷载）作用下的结构内力，最后找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合。 选取最安全的结果计算配筋并绘图。此外,运用PKPM结构设计软件，对结构进行电算设计，导出结构计算简图、荷载图、内力图；运用Auto CAD利用电算的配筋面积进行结构施工图的绘制。 通过设计本工程，使各专业知识得到了很好的融会贯通,进行了全面的总结。 [关键字]： 框架 结构设计 抗震设计 PKPM Abstract This construction design is the 01 commercial building of Sujian Sunshine New City in NanTong. According to its architectural designing and the report of geology surveying,Calculate and design the structure on the basis of the national current architectural and structure rule. This office building is a 4-floor reforced steel and concrete on-spot-poured frame system,the total area is 4536 square, the area of the first floor is 1134 square. The height of the second and the third floor is 4.5m, The height of the first floor is 4.8m, the total height is 19.5m. The purpose of the design is to do the anti-seismic design in the longitudinal frames of axis 5. When the directions of the frames is determined, firstly the weight of each floor is calculated .Then the vibrate cycle is calculated by utilizing the peak-displacement method, then making the amount of the horizontal seismic force can be got by way of the bottom-shear force method. The seismic force can be assigned according to the shearing stiffness of the frames of the different axis. Then the internal force (bending moment, shearing force and axial force ) in the structure under the horizontal loads can be easily calculated.
