Management Procedure of Energy Review 能源评审管理程序 1. Objective The purpose of this procedure is to identify the influencing factors in the process of company’s energy use , to evaluate the important influencing factors of energy consumption , and determine the control order , and to provide basis evidences for making control scheme. 1．目的 本程序旨在识别公司能源使用过程中的影响因素，评价出重要的能源消耗影响因素，并确定控制次序，为制定控制方案提供依据。 2. Scope The procedure is applicable to the energy influencing factors identification and control activities of the whole process of company’s energy utilization. 2．范围 本程序适用于公司能源利用全过程的能源影响因素识别与控制活动。 3. Responsibility 3．职责 3.1 Equipment department is responsible for organizing and implementing company’s energy review activities, and determining the factors which influence the energy-consumption , also proposing energy saving control suggestions. 3.1设备部负责公司能源评审活动的组织与实施，并确定公司能源消耗影响因素，并给出节能降耗的控制建议。 3.2 Other departments are responsible for cooperating and supporting equipment department in the energy review. 3.2各部门负责配合和支持设备部进行能源评审。 3.3 Energy management representative is responsible for the leadership in energy review and approval for important energy-consumption factors. 3.3能源管理者代表负责领导能源评审活动并审批重要能源消耗因素。 4. Working Routine 4．工作程序 4.1 Organization and implementation of energy review 4.1 能源评审的组织与实施 4.1.1 Equipment department form a review group according to the actual situation of the company , and report to the management representative for approval . Energy review team members should at least include personnel from company’s main energy-consumption sectors and energy management department .
