车辆与动力工程学院毕业设计说明书 PAGE 1 T70B脱粒机（脱粒装置）设计 摘 要 本次设计分析了现有脱粒系统的各部件的工作原理，比较了不同部件工作性能优缺点，论述了小麦、水稻对脱粒方式的不同要求，从稻、麦兼收的实际要求出发，确定了“T70B脱粒机”的脱粒系统基本形式。在弄清该系统机构和运动参数对工作性能影响规律的基础上，利用CAD开发工具设计了既适于水稻、又适于小麦的脱粒清选系统，确定了进行小麦和水稻脱粒时的两套工作参数，并使两套工作参数在一台机器上方便实现。不仅使“T70B脱粒机”实现稻、麦兼收的功能，而且使整机工作性能也达到国家标准要求。 该脱粒机的主要结构参数是：板齿脱粒滚筒直径450mm，长度700mm，该滚筒通过调换电动机皮带轮实现两种转速：收获小麦时采用1308r/min，收获水稻时采用1189r/min。分离系统采用包角120度栅格式凹板，长1410mm宽680mm两阶平台式逐稿器。清选机构由风机和振动筛构成，风机直径为320mm，转速为2000r/min。筛子分为上筛和下筛，上筛为鱼鳞筛，下筛为圆孔筛，筛长780mm，工作时振动频率为275r/min。 关键词：脱粒，板齿式，滚筒，稻麦兼脱 T70B THRESHING FOR WHEAT AND RICE ABSTRACT We analyzed the existing threshing and cleaning systems theory in this paper,introduced performance in different threshing and cleaning systems ,discussed different requirement of threshing method of wheat and rice.Based on the practical requirement ,we confirmed basic form of the system of T70B whole feeding threshing for rice and wheat.we designed the threshing and cleaning system for harvesting wheat and rice using CAD on the of making clear the rule that the systems structure and movement parameter effected performance.Two series of parameters have been determined for harvesting wheat and rice,and also ,two series of work parameters can be achieved conveniently at the same machine,not only achieved synchronized harvest for wheat and rice,but also achieved the standard of state for the whole machines work performance .Its main structure parameters are: roller diameter ,length 700mm ,which adopted two rotated speed,one speed is 1308r/min for harvesting wheat ,another speed si 1189r/min for harvesting rice.The separating system consists of grid concave backboard,angle 120 and two stepped wide shake,length 1410mm,width 680mm.The fan and the vibrator are made up of the cleaning system.Fan diameter is mm and its speed is 2000r/min.The vibrator has two layers,above screen is single-layer fish
