PAGE PAGE 8 远程自动化集控系统在集中供热管理中的应用 淮南中润热力有限责任公司 胡振龙 【摘 要】 本文介绍了在城市集中供热的运行管理中，采用自动化集控系统，利用有线和无线网络传输方式对集中供热换热站及供热管网设备实施远程集中监测、控制、调节，通过对供热相关信息、参数（供热量的变化、室内外温度变化、时间变化、）的采集和分析，实现集中供热的自动调整运行。该系统在城市集中供热中的应用，首先是提高了设备之间的自动化保护程度，确保了管网及各换热站系统的安全和稳定运行；其次是大幅度优化了系统运行模式，通过流量补偿、时间补偿、温度补偿等自动化程序，实现了供热参数随工况变化而适时自动调整的目的，在确保供热效果的前提下大大降低了热损耗和电损耗，起到了显著的节能效果；三是将城市集中供热的各站点设备统一起来实施远程集控，实现了各站房的无人值守，减少了人力投入，提高了劳动效率和自动化管理水平。 【关键词】 自动化集控系统 信息传输 程序 节能 The Application of Remote Automation \o 查找: central control system Central Control System in the Management of \o 查找: district heating District Heating Wang Sheng-li, Hu Zhen-long (Huainan Zhongrun heat energy Co., Ltd.
