毕业论文 - PAGE 17 - 知识型员工激励综述 摘要 知识型员工凭借掌握着先进的文化知识，在企业中处于创造知识、利用知识、使知识增值的重要地位，因而成为了企业核心竞争力形成和发展的关键，知识型员工的管理成为企业人力资源管理的重点。知识型员工既拥有最先进的知识，又能同顾客保持密切的关系；他们通过自己的能力把知识转化为财富，建立了顾客资本。他们控制了财富的创造水平，是公司成功的潜在影响力。事实上，正确认识知识型员工的特点，采取有效方法激励知识型员工已经成为企业人力资源管理的核心问题，受到了企业家和广大专家、学者的空前关注。本文以国内外学者关于知识型员工激励的国内外研究文献为基础，对当前知识型员工的内涵和特征、知识型员工激励的理论基础、研究方法和激励策略以及激励的难点等方面进行总结和回顾，并提出了对知识型员工进行有效激励的相应建议。 关键词：知识型员工，激励，文献综述 Literature Review on Incentives of Knowledge Human Resources Management 04-2 Yan Xiaoyu Supervisor Wang wen The knowledge staff relies on is mastering the advanced cultural knowledge, is in the creation knowledge, using the knowledge in the enterprise, to cause the important position which the knowledge rises in value, thus became the enterprise core competitiveness to form with the development key, knowledge staffs management into enterprise human resources management key point. The knowledge staff both has the most advanced knowledge, and can maintain the close relationship with the customer; They adopt their ability to transform the knowledge as the wealth, has established the customer capital. They have controlled the wealth creation level, is the company successful latent influence. In fact, understood correctly the knowledge staffs characteristic, adopts the efficacious device to drive the knowledge staff already became the enterprise human resources management the core question, has received the entrepreneur and the general experts, scholars unprecedented attention. Based on domestic and foreign research literature, this article reviewed the definition and characteristics of knowledge workers, the theory backgrounds, methodology and incentive methods. Corresponding suggestions are proposed in the end of the article.
