摘 要 随着中国服装业的逐渐发展，特别是中国进入WTO之后，市场竞争尤其是服装行业的竞争日趋激烈。如何更加有效地管理产品的进、销、存已成为服装行业的重要决策事项。 本系统从服装的订货、入库到销售于一体，简化各种操作。强大的查询系统，和有效期提醒，方便使用者的管理。数据库安全防止未经批准的用户阅览和修改数据库。通过使用密码，用户才允许接近整个数据库子集合。同时也主要为用户提供了进货单，货品资料基本查询，系统设置，数据恢复，数据备份，系统版本等几个模块。例如，进货管理，普通员工只能浏览进货记录，没有更改权限，当用户以管理员身份登陆的时候，才可以改变当前纪录，保证了纪录的准确性。 经过分析,我使用 Microsoft公司的 Visual Basic开发工具,利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具,尤其是数据窗口这一能方便而简洁操纵数据库的智能化对象,首先在短时间内建立系统应用原型,然后,对初始原型系统进行需求迭代,不断修正和改进,直到形成用户满意的可行系统。 关键词：信息管理；服装进销存；信息查询；进货管理 Abstract With the gradual development of garment industry especially after Chinas entry into the WTOmarket competition particularly in the garment industry is becoming more competitive。How to manage it more effectively into the product，and marketing， depositors and garment industry has become the important policy matters。 The system orders from fashion，depositing the sale of the integration of various operational streamlining。Powerful inquiry system，and the validity of reminders， user-friendly management。Database security to prevent unauthorized user access and modify the database。Through the use of passwords， users will be allowed close to the entire database subset。 Also major users of the Jinhuochan，basic product information inquiries， the system setup，data recovery，data backup，system version，and several other modules。For example，purchase management，the general staff can browse purchase records，no change authority，when a user as an administrator to the landing，can change the current record guarantee the accuracy of its records。 After analysis，I use the company Microsoft Visual Basic development tools， use of the various object-oriented development tools， Inparticular， the data window is convenient and simple manipulation of the intelligence database objects，First established in a short period of time application system prototype，and then to the initial prototype system needs iteration，constantly revised and improved，until the formation of user satisfaction with the system viable。 Key words: message management；
