武汉科技大学本科毕业设计 PAGE PAGE 18 - - 摘 要 此次设计的是175型柴油机二甲醚隔膜泵喷射系统。作为汽车动力源之一的柴油机以热效率高，油耗和碳氢排放低越来越受到重视。柴油机排放中NO和微粒（炭粒和可溶性未燃碳氢）的排放是其主要的污染物，而同时降低柴油机NO和炭粒排放的措施往往存在矛盾。因此寻求新型柴油替代燃料，实现高效率超低污染燃烧，将是解决NO和炭粒排放矛盾的有效途径之一。可作为柴油机洁净燃料的主要有醇类（甲醇和乙醇），液化石油气和天然气，醚类，这些替代燃料各具特点。 设计根据董敬《汽车拖拉机发动机》和陈家瑞《 汽车构造（第五版）》，介绍发动机燃料系统设计流程展开，参考目前国内外的设计方法和设计成果，综合考虑国内各种发动的使用情况和排放水平，提出了更高的设计要求，先计算出各种零部件的结构参数和装配尺寸，最后采用AutoCAD绘制出装配图和零件图。 此次设计包括对喷油器，喷油泵，燃料箱等相关部位进行大规模的改造，解决以前柴油发动机噪音大，排污等缺点。对燃油供给系统性能进行了进一步的优化，并确定了其结构和安装方法。 本设计严格按照各种设计要求进行，计算严谨，各种参数选用合理，设计的各种零部件都能满足给定的使用条件和强度要求；基本上达到了既定的设计目标。 关键词：二甲醚; 共轨系统; 隔膜泵 Abstract This design is 175 type diesel engine dimethyl ether diaphragm pump injection system.
