两种减轻剖宫产术后乳房胀痛护理方法比较研究 【摘要】目的：对两种减轻剖宫产术后乳房胀痛护 理方法的临床效果比较。方法：将本院2016年1月-2016 年12月收治的200例剖宫产患者作为研究对象，随机分为 对照组和观察组，每组100人，对照组患者采用常规护理, 观察组患者则采取常规护理加上综合护理。然后对比两组患 者经过不同护理手段后乳房胀痛的改善情况和护理满意度。 结果：通过比较，观察组产妇在剖宫产手术后的24h拔管时 间、首次肛门排气时间、患者首次下床时间和初次泌乳时间 均明显少于对照组，视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分明显低于 对照组，差异有统计学意义（PV0.05）。观察组的护理满意度 明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）o结论：对剖 宫产患者手术后采用综合性护理干预的效果明显好于采用 传统护理，临床上值得推广和应用。 【关键词】剖宫产；产后乳房胀痛；护理 Abstract Objective： To compare the clinical effect of two kinds of nursing methods to relieve the breast distention and pain after cesarean section. Methods： 200 patients with cesarean section who were admitted to our hospital in January 2016 -2016 December were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group ? 100 patients in each group? The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received routine nursing plus comprehensive nursing? And then compared the two groups of patients after different nursing methods after the improvement of breast distention and nursing satisfaction. Results： by comparison, the observation group in maternal cesarean section 24h after extubation time, anal exhaust time for the first time, with the time of getting out of bed and the initial time of lactation was significantly less than the control group, visual analogue scale (VAS) score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05)? The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05)? Conclusion： the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on caesarean section after operation is better than that of traditional nursing? It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic?
