肯定列表制度对我国农产品出口的影响 摘要 自2006年5月29日日本实施“肯定列表制度”以来，我农产品出口受到一定影响，部分产品出口受阻，市场份额被挤占。本文通过分析日本肯定列表制度的特点，从肯定列表制度与我国现行农产品安全方面的区别，检验指标、方法、对象，肯定列表制度施行前后我国农产品对日本的出口额及日本农产品进口市场的分额等方面看问题，阐述了肯定列表实行后的三年以来对我国农产品出口日本所造成的影响，并分别从政府、行业协会、企业个体的角度提出了对日本肯定列表制度的应对措施。 [关键词] 肯定列表制度 农产品 出口市场 食品安全 ABSTRACT Our agricultural product exportation is subject to influence Since Japan has implemented the positive list system on May 29， 2006.
