第十二届“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛上海金融学院选拔赛参赛作品 PAGE 18 我国的异地高考改革的现状、问题及对策 李志翀、沈伟栋、郑家圣、严佳晖、黑忠国 摘要：随着农民工进城务工的人数越来越多，异地高考现象逐渐成为社会焦点，教育部急需进行异地高考改革。异地高考现象的存在既是行为主体对客观现实需求的反映，也是对现行高考制度安排不合理之处无声的“反抗”。异地高考现象之所以受到全社会广泛的关注，是因为其对我国现行高考制度产生了极大的冲击，伴随异地高考现象出现了不可回避的投机、腐败等行为。异地高考现象的出现既有现实必然性，也有因为制度设计不合理等原因而诱导的偶然性。本文从我国的异地高考改革的现状入手，归纳其存在问题，从而进行成因分析，最后提出相关对策。本文旨在研究构建异地高考制度，以更好地保障高考选拔人才，促进社会公平正义的实现，缩小地区间发展差距，推动社会主义社会和谐发展。 关键词：异地高考、教育平权、户籍制度 、高校招生 Abstract: As the number of migrant workers migrant workers more and more, different college entrance examination has become the focus of the society, the Ministry of education are in urgent need of different college entrance examination reform.
