PAGE PAGE 1 外语教学中的中国文化缺失现象研究述评 = 1 \* GB3 ① 魏宏君 （石河子大学 外国语学院，新疆　石河子 832003）　 [摘 要]外语教学中的中国文化缺失，即“中国文化失语症”现象，严重影响着不同文化间的交流，已经成为跨文化交流的阻碍，由此引起了学界的关注。本文依据相关的调查研究，试揭示外语教学中的中国文化缺失的现状，分析现象的成因及其危害，并探讨解决问题的对策与方法，目的在于强化学生母语文化意识，提高跨文化交际能力，并呼吁在外语教学中不仅要重视目的语文化的导入，更要加强母语文化的传承与传播，以弘扬民族文化，促进国际文化的传播。 [关键词]外语教学；中国文化；缺失 Comments on the Study of Default of Chinese Culture in Foreign Language Teaching WEI Hong-jun (School of Foreign Languages, Shihezi University, Xinjiang 832003, China) Abstract：The default of Chinese culture in foreign Language teaching, the phenomenon of “Chinese cultural aphasia”, does happen frequently, which obstructs effective intercultural communication. This default has become an obstacle for Chinese when performing cross-cultural communication, which has aroused the attention of scholars recently. Based on the antecedent investigations, this paper reviews the phenomenon of the default of Chinese culture in foreign language teaching first to discuss the present situation and the causes of this phenomenon and its imperilments, emphasizing on how to strengthen the native culture consciousness of Chinese students and improve their competence of cross-cultural communication. It also appeals to foreign language teaching for attaching the same importance to the cultural introduction of target language, and the preservation as well as the spread of mother tongue’s culture, aiming to develop Chinese culture and promote the intercultural communication. Key words: foreign language teaching; Chinese culture; default 外语教学中的中国文化缺失现象的调查研究 在我国外语教育规划逐步系统化、科学化的背景下，《英语课程标准》（2001）、《大学英语课程教学要求》（2007）和《高等学校英语专业英语教学大纲》（2000）都分别对各自层次教学提出了跨文化交际的内容要求。《英语课程标准》在教材编写的思想性原则中还清楚地写明了“语言是文化的载体。外国文化对学生的人生观、世界观和价值观都会产生一定的影响。因此，教材既要反映中国的传统文化，又要有利于学生了解外国文化的精华，同时也应该引导学生提高鉴别能力。” [1] 但是，研究资料表明，现行英语教材，尤其是大学英语教材的内容多是以英美国家的文化为背景，对中国的文化介绍却很少，对中西文化的对比研究就更少，尤为欠缺的是培养学生用英文表述本土文化的能力。 资料一：调查目的是为了了解大学生使用英语表达中国文化的能力以及对比大学生使用英语表达中国文化和英美文化能力，受试者185 名（英语专业学生128名），结果表明他们用英语表达英美文化成绩高于使用英语表达中国文化成绩29.42%。[2]
