北京地区三级甲等医院信息系统(HIS)选型的调查 此篇文章为论文形式: [摘要] 目的 通过对北京地区各医院所应用的国内外HIS产品进行调查研究,了解各自的优劣势。为不同医院选择HIS软件提供指导。方法 采用问卷调查及个人访谈的研究方法,对北京地区的46家三级甲等医院的信息部门管理者和HIS软件维护人员进行调查。采用统计学SPSS12.0软件进行处理,符合正态分布者,采用t检验处理计量资料,采用χ2检验处理计数资料。结果 国内软件在北京地区三甲医院中使用率高,在运营时间和使用寿命上与国外软件无显著性差异,但稳定性相对较低,系统结构设计前瞻性较差。结论 使用国内HIS软件无须进行本土化改造,能够适应北京地区三甲医院的管理规范及临床需求。 　　[关键词] HIS;应用;选型重要性 　　[中图分类号] R197.324 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701(2010)06-101-03 　　 　　Survey on Hospital Information System Selection in Grade Ⅲ-A General Hospitals in Beijing 　　ZHOU XinLI JingCHEN RunyuMENG JingtaoYU Zhaofu 　　Beijing Royal Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital,Beijing 102209,China 　　 　　[Abstract] Objective To survey on the application of domestic and foreign hospital information system(HIS) products in the hospitals in Beijing in order to find out the advantages and disadvantages of each HIS product and to provide references for the HIS software selection for different hospitals. Methods The survey was carried out in the form of questionnaire survey. Supervisors of the Information Department and the staff who were in charge of software maintenance from 46 Grade Ⅲ-A general hospitals in Beijing participated in the survey in the form of individual interview. The information collected included the proportion of different HIS products applied in the 46 hospitals and their service. SPSS 12.0 was applied to analyze the data. When the data were in line with normal distribution,we would used T test to analyze measurement data and chi-square test to analyze categorical data. Results The domestic HIS products accounted for 93% in the 46 hospitals in Beijing. There were no significant differences in their service time and operational life span between the domestic and foreign HIS products. However,the domestic products had poorer stability. The design of the systematic structure was lack of prospectiveness. Conclusion The domestic HIS products can be well applied in Grade Ⅲ-A general hospitals in Beijing and meet the needs
