产学研知识创新网络的协同创新评价研究

摘 要: 以“双赢”为目标,构建大学、研究机构、企业知识网络是大学和企业在新的社会经济环境中求得生存和稳健、快速发展的必由之路。本文在阐述产学研知识创新网络研究现状的基础上,从知识共享、网络能力、创新绩效三方面构建了产学研知识网络协同创新的绩效评价指标体系,并运用这些指标体系对太原高新区产学研知识创新网络协同创新现状作了实证评估,得出太原高新区产学研知识创新网络仍需进一步探索产学研合作机制,发挥和完善知识创新网络的各项功能,推进区域创新能力提升的结论。

(Schoo l o f Economics and M anagement,N or th U niver sity of China,T aiy uan030051,China Abstract:It is a steady,fast development w ay that m ust be taken to construct know ledg e new ork among Industries,U niversities and Research Institutes for obtaining the g oal of w in-w in in the new so cial eco no my environment.On the base of present situation of know ledg e innovation netwo rk,the paper co nstr ucts the evaluating indicato r sy stem of Industries,U niv ersities and Research Institutes know ledge innovation netw ork fro m know ledg e shar ing,netw orking capability,the innov ation achiev em ents,and it pr esents the appraisal to the Co ordinatio n innovation status of T aiy uan High-T ech Industrial Development Zone by use of the indicator system.Finally,it co ncludes that Taiyuan high and new zone needs fur ther exploration o f the coorperation mechanism o f Industries,U niversities and Research Institutes,fur ther display and co nsum mation of each function of know ledge innovatio n netw ork,and further pro motion of region inno vatio n ability.
