弹条自动装袋生产线的设计 摘 要：为了适应产品现代化的迅速发展，需要对产品方便、快捷、有效的进行 计数和包装，这需要设计一整套方便、可靠的自动化包装生产线，以便于通过使 用先进的自动化生产线替代大量人工来完成这些繁琐复杂的工作。弹条自动装袋 机广泛应用于美容、医疗、食品、农业等行业的粉状和小颗粒状产品的自动包装 牛产。它的包装速度和充填能力可以调整在一定范围内，以满足不同的牛产要求。 木文主要完成了对弹条自动装袋生产线的设计，弹条自动装袋机由装料装 置、膜装置、传动系统、密封装置、切割装置，操作箱等几部分组成。木次设计 主要完成传动系统（包括链节结构、链轮）、轴系结构、物料计量装置以及总 体结构图的设计。同时应用三维设计软件Pro/e完成了弹条自动装袋机的链节结 构、轴系结构、封口区以及三维的整体建模。 关键词：弹条自动装袋机，总体设计，Pro/e,三维建模 The design of the bomb automatic bag filling productionline Abstract: In order to adapt to the rapid development of the modernization, the design need to count and pack the products easily and effectively, so we should design a complete and reliable automatic production line that can replace the manual labor to complete the complicated work .The automatic bag filling machine is widely used in hairdressing, health care, food, agriculture and other industries that including automatic packaging production of the powder and granule products .The packaging speed and filling capacity can be adjusted within a certain range, so it can meet the requirements of different production. This paper mainly completed the design of automatic bag filling production line. The automatic bagging machine is composed of a charging device, membrane device, transmission system, sealing device, cutting device and operation box sections. This design mainly completed the structure design of the transmission system, including link structure, sprocket, shafting structure, material metering device and overall structure of the system. At the same time, the three-dimensional design software Pro / E is used to complete the elastic strip automatic bagging machine link structure, the shafting structure, the sealing area and 3D modeling of the whole.
