第 46 卷 第 3 期 天津大学学报 (自然科学与工程技术版) Vol.46 No.3 2013 年 3 月 Journal of Tianjin University (Science and Technology) Mar. 2013 ▋ 管材相贯接头焊材用量的参数化计算 王国栋，李新强，肖聚亮，秦元飞 (天津大学装备设计与制造技术天津市重点实验室，天津 300072) 摘 要 ：针对导管架建造过程中存在大量管件相贯的焊接作业，对管件相贯焊材用量的计算进行了研究．在建立两 管相贯线焊接坡口数学模型的基础上，用积分法在被切管的轴剖面上计算焊缝的截面在其相邻小角度内的焊缝体 积，再在整个支管圆周内根据两面角选择不同的两面角模型分段积分求解总的焊材填充体积．对多管搭接类型先应 用相贯线方程求出支管与各管相贯的角度区间，再按两管相贯方法进行计算．在此基础上结合其他一些常用的焊接 接头类型开发了焊材计算软件，说明了软件使用方法，并对软件进行了测试计算．结果表明，该方法能够显著提高 焊材用量计算的效率和精度，计算误差控制在 3%以内． 关键词 ：焊材用量；相贯线；两管相贯；多次搭接；焊接坡口 中图分类号：TG441 文献标志码 ：A 文章编号 ：0493-2137 (2013)03-0250-07 Parameter Calculation of Welding Materials Dosage for Intersecting Joints Wang Guodong ，Li Xinqiang ，Xiao Juliang ，Qin Yuanfei (Key Laboratory for Equipment Design and Manufacture Technology of Tianjin ，Tianjin University ， Tianjin 300072 ，China) Abstract ：In accordance with a large number of welding tasks of intersecting pipes in existence at the process of the pipe frame building ，the calculation of the welding materials dosage was investigated. On the basis of setting up the intersecting line groove mathematical model of two pipes ，the volume of small angle in the axial section of cut pipe was calculated by integral algorithm ，and then the total volume of welding materials filled around the pipe was calcu- lated with different dihedral angle models.
