内蒙古科技大学本科生毕业论文 PAGE PAGE 23 摘要 随着全球经济的快速发展,绩效管理在企业管理中越来越重要。这其中,处于核心地位的绩效考核,也越来越受到企业的关注,现已成为企业财务管理和人力资源管理的重点。绩效管理工作必须面对如何通过考核财务指标提升公司绩效的问题,绩效考核指标的设定往往成为企业设计绩效考核体系的关键所在。 本文首先概述了有关绩效管理、绩效考核的基本理论和知识,然后就YSC公司的绩效考核现状进行分析,找出问题所在,并采用平衡计分卡(BSC)的思想,以此为基础,运用关键绩效指标法(KPI)、目标管理法等技术,为分公司总经理量身订制一套绩效考核体系,同时建立绩效申诉制度、修正考核指标等制度保障措施,以期能形成一套完整的思想体系,在企业中推广使用。 关键词 绩效管理,绩效考核,关键绩效指标(KPI) The Construction about a Performance Evaluation System of General Manager in relation to Yongshengcheng Branch Company Abstract Along with global economy fast developing,performance management in business management is more and more important.Among this,the performance measurement which is in the core position is also more and more paid more attention by the enterprise,and already became the key point of the enterprise human resources management and financial management. Performance management must faee how to work through the examination of financial indicators improve the eompany’s performance problems. Performance measurement Indieators’setting almost is the key of designing the performance measurement system. Firstly,this paper has a discussion about Performance Management, Performance evaluation theories and knowledge,then it analyzes YSC Company current situation on the purpose of finding its problems.And uses the thought of the balanced scorecard(BSC), and take this as the foundation,the utilization of the Key Performance Indicator(KPI), technology and so on,analytic hierarchy process,measures the body for the General Manager of the branch to order a set of Perofance appraise system,and establish Performance redress system,amendment Performance indicator and the other guarantee methods.It can be thought to form a set of complete ideologies by the time,promotes the use in the enterprise.
