As the biggest developing country in the world, China should deal with TBT more actively in the process of melting into the international economy. We should not only counter-attack them with the aid of the legitimate weapon, but also establish Chinas own technical standard system in full use of its rationality. Taking it as a turning point, we should also further impel technical development and get accordance with the international standards in order to make trade, the economical engine work better, and then realize sustainable development rather than falling into the malignant competition of trade protection.
