Huaxia colleage,wuhan university of technology, WuHan 430223) Abstract: Having established the diplomatic relation for 36 years, China and Brazil have achieved great progress in bilateral trade. Brazil has always been China’s largest trade partner in 20 Latin-America, and China has become the top trade partner, the top export destination and the second largest import origin of Brazil. The commodity structure of the two economies is strongly complimentary to each other, and there is great potential to expand trade and investment between the two counties. This paper firstly introduces the developing history and current Situation of foreign trade of China and Brazil respectively. Secondly, it retrospect the history of bilateral trade 25 of the two countries and discusses the present condition of Sino-Brazil trade. Then this paper brings forward the problems about Sino-Brazil trade and tries to finger out the solutions to these problems. Lastly, it views the future of the bilateral trade of the two countries.
