论文题目：中小物流企业共同配送问题研究 摘 要 我国物流企业大多脱胎于运输、仓储企业，这类企业数量多、规模小，也就是说，我国的物流市场，以中小物流企业为主。一方面，发展中小物流企业有着广阔的前景，这种前景主要来源于物流企业以较低的成本为工商企业提供专业的物流服务以及增值服务，这对生产企业和商贸企业而言，都将产生巨大的吸引力。另一方面，现实情况却不容乐观，中小物流企业无法与具有国资背景的物流企业巨头相比，也无法与国外物流巨头在成本控制、过程管理、物流技术等方面开展竞争。在国内外物流巨头的双重挤压下，中小物流企业的生产发展道路充满着荆棘。近年来，共同配送在国外得到了迅速发展。例如日本福冈市滕井区的共同配送系统、京阪神地区12家百货公司的共同配送体系；不来梅市的共同配送体系；摩纳哥的共同配送系统等。在我国，尽管共同配送的发展已引起了业界的广泛关注，但是还处于起步阶段。对共同配送的研究已取得了一定的成果，但是尚处于探索阶段。 关键词：中小型物流，共同配送，成本控制，资源合理化 Abstract Most domestic enterprises was based on transportation and storage business, these enterprises large number, small size, that is, Chinas logistics market, dominated by small and medium logistics enterprise.
