w 交易费用理论论文：基于交易费用理论的我国企业社会责任履行机制研究 【中文摘要】2008-2010年由于我国国内发生了一系列重大事件,企业由此经历了最严峻的关于企业社会责任的挑战,社会大众对企业社会责任的关注程度达到前所未有的高度。对企业社会责任的这些争议首先是反映出社会大众对企业社会责任认识程度停留在比较浅显的层面上,另外也反映出了企业社会责任目前的实施水平与公众对其所抱有的期望相去甚远。由此看出,我们必需对受到公众日益关注的企业社会责任进行进一步的深入探索和研究。本文就是在这一大背景下,试图从交易费用理论这一新的角度深入剖析企业社会责任。通过本研究将企业交易费用理论等专业知识与社会现实结合,增强解决实际问题的能力,同时借此深入了解中国企业社会责任认识和履行状况、问题,并尝试探讨对策。以交易费用的视角剖析企业社会责任,使企业对社会责任有全新的认识,树立长期发展目标,使企业得以稳定发展,从而有效配置资源,充分提高企业竞争力。本研究建立在大量的理论与实证基础上,具有一定的借鉴意义,可以为政府相关研究提供参考。将社会责任理念植入企业经营理念中,能解决当前存在的许多企业社会责任缺失问题,使企业发展与社会进步相协调,使社会全面可持续发展。 【英文摘要】From 2008 to 2010, because of China’s domestic had a series of major event, the enterprise which has experienced the most serious challenge on corporate social responsibility, the public on corporate social responsibility degree of concern about an unprecedented height. On corporate social responsibility of these disputes, first is reflect social masses of corporate social responsibility cognition degree stay in comparative plain level, in addition also reflects the social responsibility of the enterprise current implementation level and public expectations of its have dreams.
