沈 阳 化 工 大 学 本 科 毕 业 论 文 论文题目： 过滤流程PLC控制的设计 院 系： 信息工程学院 专 业： 自动化 班 级： 0701 班 学生姓名： 指导教师： 论文提交日期:2010年6月24日 论文答辩日期:2010年6月28日 摘要 随着我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的逐渐提高，对环境质量提出更高更好的要求。因此，解决好水污染问题，有效地实现污水处理，是保护生态环境以及为人们营造舒适生活环境的重要条件。 本文在参阅大量技术参考文献的基础上，对污水过滤流程的实际工艺进行了详细的研究；根据污水过滤流程的工艺特点和要求，采用PLC实现其自动控制。其次，依照控制系统设计的原则和步骤，分别进行了系统硬件设计和软件设计。在选择欧姆龙系列的可编程控制器的基础上，对沉降罐排污、过滤器过滤和过滤器反冲洗三部分进行了控制系统设计。设计好的过滤流程PLC控制系统有望实现污水过滤流程系统的有效控制控制，节省人力物力。 论文主要由过滤流程工艺、硬件选型和软件设计三大部分组成。过滤流程工艺部分主要介绍了过滤流程的工作原理、工艺特点和控制要求；硬件选型部分详细说明了PLC功能模块的选型、输入输出点数的确定和输入输出地址的分配；软件设计部分主要论述了PLC内部地址的分配、程序流程图和梯形图等内容。 关键词: 过滤流程；沉降；反冲洗；PLC；梯形图 Abstract With the development of our national economy and the people’s living standards improved, people need higher quality and better environmental requirements. As a result, solving the problem of water pollution and completing the sewage treatment are the important condition that protects the ecological environment and creates the comfortable living environment. After reading a lot of technical reference, researches the actual sewage disposal process in the filtration process, and sewage filter achieves the automatic control by PLC according to the technological characteristics of the process and requirements. Second, completes the system hardware and software design in accordance with the principles and steps of control system design. The control system design can is divided into the sewage settling tank, filters and filter backwash in the choice of the Omron series PLC. Designed PLC control system is expected to achieve water filtration system, saving human and material resources.
