天津大学 硕士学位论文 摩托罗拉生产管理决策支持系统研究与开发 姓名：钟玮 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：工业工程 指导教师：刘金兰;于庆军摘要 随着经济全球化和国内外市场竞争的口益加剧，我国企业将直接面对国际跨 国公司在管理、技术、人才等方面的竞争压力。一?个企业要想在这种压力下生存 发展，就必须提高管理效率,提高市场响应速度，同时，也必须耍考虑成木，技术难 度，创造的价值等几个方面的问题。这些问题的妥善处理，都需要企业充分利用 信息化手段，第一时间得到企业所需要的信息，并及时地调整自身的经营过程。 在这种形势下，决策支持系统以其先进的理念和显苦的实践价值，被我国企业认 可并广泛使用。 木文基于决策支持系统相关理论，综合运川软件工程的相关技术方法，对摩 托罗拉生产管理进行了旨在提高管理效能，缩短决策时间的改进研究。该文详细 阐述了摩托罗拉公司在原冇管理信息系统的基础上，按照软件工程的步骤设计并 开发决策支持系统。通过其在问题响应、人机界面，人丄钢能等方面的分析和优 化，消除了大量浪费和不增值作业，同时创建了专家辅助系统，综合提高了管理 效能，缩短了决策所需要的时间，避免了山于决策失误、误时造成的经济损失。 对该公司及制造加工型企业在今后实施和推广决策支持系统提供借鉴，同时对决 策支持系统在国内企业的具体应用具有一定的指导意义。 关键词：决策支持系统，管理信息系统，软件工程，数据库 ABSTRACT Along with the economic globalization deep going progress and the incrcasing competition from domestic and international market, domestic enterprise will face multinational companies pressure directly at the technique, managCIUCDt, human resource etc?
