浙江大学硕士学位论文 摘要 PAGE ii Oracle EBS销售管理在电力企业 煤化工行业的实施与应用 摘要 近年来，我国电力企业在着力发展电力产业的同时，纷纷进军与其主业紧密相关的煤炭、煤化工、物流、金融等非电产业。电力企业要实现各产业的综合全面发展，非电产业的ERP一体化建设也日渐提上议程。 本课题为本人参与某电力企业煤化工行业从基建期至生产期ERP试点项目的实施，以及与电力企业营销公司做ERP业务对接的实施。本文在分别介绍了ERP、Oracle EBS系统及其应用后，结合案例企业的实际情况，对其ERP系统的未来蓝图及其主要业务流程进行了规划，并按照规划一步一步的进行实施，最终实现了Oracle EBS销售管理系统在案例企业的成功上线运行，并对案例企业销售管理的几次系统切换做了简单的概括。希望其研究与应用能对国内其他电力企业非电行业ERP销售管理的实施提出一点参考意见。 关键词：ERP，Oracle EBS，销售管理，电力企业，煤化工 浙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract 浙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract PAGE ii PAGE iii Abstract In the recent years, electric power enterprises are focusing on the development of electric power industry, but also begin to enter coal, coal chemical industry, logistics, financial and other non-electric industry. In order to achieve the comprehensive development of all the industry, the ERP integration of non-electric industry has been put on the agenda. This topic is based on my participation in a electric power company’s coal chemical industry from construction to production about ERP pilot project, and implementation of ERP business docking with the marketing company of electric power enterprises. This article introduces ERP, Oracle EBS system and its application, and combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, then make a plan for their ERP system. In accordance with the implementation, and ultimately Oracle EBS sales management system in the case of the success of the enterprise, finally complete the Oracle EBS sales management system successfully running on the line. I do a simple summary of the sales management, hope the research and application can be a suggestion of the other non-electric power enterprises industry ERP sales Management.
