There are some balls under the chair. ;there be句型定义： 上面例句中都有there is和there are 这样的结构，is和are 都是be动词，所以我们把这类叫做there be 句型。 there be 句型意义： there be 句型常用于表示某地存在着某人或某物，there is 单数, there are 复数。 ;there be肯定句结构： There is a book on the table. There is some milk in the bottle. There be +名词（词组）+地点 ;应用实例 There is some water in the glass. There is a book on the desk. There are some pears in that basket. ;there be句型的否定形式和一般疑问句形式 There is a book on the desk. There is not a book on the desk. Is there a book on the desk? 结论：运用there be句型的否定和一般疑问句形式，都要注意be动词的用法，其否定式在be动词后加not, 一般疑问句形式要把be动词提前。 ;there be句型的就近原则 there be 后如果同时接几个名词时，看离there be最近的那个名词是单数还是复数，如果是单数就用is, 如果是复数就用are.
