PAGE l 内容摘要： 改革开放以来，我国取得的经济成就与民营企业的发展密不可分，民营企业成为我国经济的重要组成部分，据统计，民营企业占全国企业总数90%以上，民营企业的年增长率一直保持在30%左右，远远高于同期同期国民经济增长速度。民营企业在国民经济中国的重要地位是显而易见的，它对国民经济各社会发挥了重要作用。但是，在发展的过程中，也不断在隐现出一些问题，在制约着我国民营企业对我国经济的发展，以及在对外贸易发展过程中也存在一系列的问题。 本文将结合我国民营企业的现实状况和企业的案例分析，从对外贸易发展的认识上出发，指出我国民营企业自身的不足和对外贸易中遇到的问题，以及做出一些针对性对策来发展我国的对外贸易。 关键词：民营企业；经济发展；对外贸易；问题；对策 Abstract： Since chinese reform and opening up,chinese economic achievements and private enterprise’s development are insparate. Private enterprise has became an important part of chinese economy,according to statistics,it accounted for more than 90% of chinese enterprises.besides,the annual growth rate of private enterprise has remained at 30%,far higher than the same period of the national economy. It’s obrivous to see that private enterprise occupies an important place in the national economy. but in the process of its development,some problems coming up,restricts,the evolution of our country’s economy. A serious of problems also exist in the process of foreign trade’s development. This paper will combine our country’s private enterprise’s present situation and its case analysis also from the understanding of foreign trade’s development to point out the private enterprise’s shortage and problems in the foreign trade.in addition,we’ll make some pertinence policy to the development of chinese foreign trade. Policy. 引言： 经过 30 年的飞速发展，民营企业所创造的经济价值已占据了我国GDP的半壁江山，成为国家税收的重要来源以及解决就业的主要渠道；民营企业国际化经营的趋势也日益明显，以其为代表的新型市场主体，已俨然成为中国对外贸易的新兴主力军以及我国参与经济全球化和国际竞争的重要力量，民营企业加大对外贸易发展力度是现今中国经济发展的迫切要求。 我国民营企业界定从广义上看，民营只与 国有独资企业相对，而与任何非国有独资企业是相容的，包括国有持股和 控股企业。因此，归纳民营企业的概念就是：非国有独资企业均为民营企业。 从狭义的角度来看，“民营企业”仅指 私营企业和以私营企业为主体的 联营企业。“私营企业”这个概念由于历史原因不易摆脱歧视色彩，无论是私营企业的投资者、经营者、雇员或者有意推动私营企业发展的社会工作者，都倾向于使用中性的“民营企业”这个名称，这就使“民营企业”在许多情况下成为私营企业的别称。 了解了民营企业的概念后，我们来仔细阐述下当代我国民营企业的现状怎样。 一 、中国民营企业对外贸易发展现状 （一）从事对外贸易的民营企业队伍不断壮大 我国分别于 1999 年， 2000 年以及 2001 年对非公企业外贸经营权的规定
