PAGE 摘 要 高速公路是国家的基础交通设施之一，它直接影响到国民经济的发展。近年来，我国公路建设迅猛发展，对传统公路管理的方法和手段提出了新的挑战。而将GIS技术应用于我国的公路建设和管理中，是推进公路建设和管理现代化，信息化的重要手段之一。 随着信息数据库越来越多的被应用在各行各业中，人们一直希望Web能够像C/S的GIS一样，能够对地图数据自如的进行统计、分析、查询等操作。以前的实现方式，有些在效率上无法满足要求，有些要安装烦琐的插件。当今Web技术的发展，AJAX技术的蓬勃发展,可以抛弃以前的一些旧的实现方式，用新的实现方式来取代。基于Web HTML高速公路公路料场信息数据库系统是Web HTML的一个具体应用。 本文论述了公路料场管理信息系统建设的重要性和必要性的基础上，提出了数字交通的构想。详细介绍了公路料场信息WebGIS系统的设计与实现，主要包括Super Map Is.NET系统平台技术分析、开发工具C#选择、AJAX异步技术应用设计思想描述、系统的需求分析、系统详细设计思路、系统开发技术路线、软硬件配置、系统安全策略等。重点论述了公路料场WebGIS数据库的详细设计，包括空间数据入库、属性数据的入库、图形数据分层等。最后详细介绍了系统主要功能设计与实现，以及部分功能实现的源代码。 关键词：公路料场，WebGIS，Web HTML ABSTRACT Road,one of the basic traffic facilities,influences the economy of a nation directly.The rapid development of road construction,since recent years,in our country has made the traditional methods for managing roads in face of novel challenges.Also,it is the application of GIS in managing and constructing highway that plays a greatly significant role in improving the information modernization of the construction as well as maintenance of roads traffic management. With a growing number of application of WebGIS over many fields，people always suppose that WebGIS serves as the C/5 mode GIS,in the functions such as statistics，analysis，and query.The former modes worked inefficiently;some of others have to set up plug-in for IE.As the Web technology develops，nowadays,the AJAX has developed extremely,which makes it possible to take the place of those previous technologies and modes.And the Management System for Highway Material Field Based on WebGis of Human is a specific application of WebGis technology. In this paper，we have discussed the importance and necessity of the building of a Management System for Highway Material Field.The designing and the realization of the Management System for Highway Material Field Based on WebGIS，including System needs analysis,SuPerMap IS.NET system platform technical analysis，Development kit C# chooses，AJAX asynchronous technology application design
