They are in 90 percent of private enterprises in China, and has become a growth point of economic development. It has important practical significance to address the employment pressure and enhance the level of national welfare . However, Chinas family business facing a lot of problem such as small enterprises, operating efficiency is not high, the life-cycle issues is too short. Therefore, this dissertation research to study family businesses, to emerging governance issues for analysis.
