AbstractResultsoftheestimationofazimuth-dependentphasecentervariations(PCVs)ofGPSsatelliteantennasusingglobalGPSdataarepresented.Signi?cantvariationsofupto±3–4mmthataredemon-stratedshowexcellentrepeatabilityovereightyears.TheapplicationoftheazimuthalPCVsbesidesthena-dir-dependentoneswillleadtoafurtherreductioninsystematican-tennae?ects.Inaddition,thepaperfocusesonthebene?tofapossibletransitionfromrelativetoabsolutePCVs.Apartfromsystematicchan-gesintheglobalstationcoordinates,onecanexpecttheGPSresultstobelessdependentontheelevationcut-o?angle.This,togetherwiththe
