The experimental results show that the vertical axial distance perception in the lateral lying state is correlated with the signal frequency and the signal type. There is no significant difference between the pure and narrowband signals in the distance perception when the sound source is below the body. However, the distance perception trend of narrowband signal is improved to a certain extent compared with the pure tone signal when the sound source is above the body. Key w
