江苏科技大学 本 科 毕 业 设 计(论文) 学 院 专 业 学生姓名 班级学号 指导教师 二零一一年六月 南通航运学院专科毕业论文 69.00M内河干货船结构规范设计 Structure specification design of 69.00M Inland dry cargo ship 摘 要 随着世界贸易的迅速发展,干货船作为三大主流船型之一,有着巨大的市场需求,而我国在干货船建造方面拥有明显的竞争优势,建设世界造船大国,我们应特别关注干货船市场。干货船的市场需求空间仍然较大, 干货船过剩的风险较小。 本文主要针对69.00m内河干货船进行船体结构规范设计,本船按照《钢质内河船舶建造规范》(2009年)按A级航区的有关要要求进行计算与强度校核。本船为钢质,在货舱区域设有双舷、双底的干货船,在货舱底部和甲板采用纵骨架式,非货舱区域采用横骨架式结构。 本文的主要内容包括: 内河干散货船的发展概况、结构特点,规范设计方法及设计过程中应注意的问题。 69m内河干货船结构规范设计计算,及船中货舱区横剖面的弯曲强度校核。 典型横剖面图和基本结构图的绘制。 关键词:干货船;规范设计;横剖面图;基本结构图 Abstract As the rapid development of world trade, the dry cargo ship as one of the three major ship type, has a huge market demand, Our country has a significant competitive advantage in dry cargo ship building,building the worlds largest shipbuilding country, we should pay particular attention to dry cargo ship market. Dry cargo ship market demand for space still larger, small excess risk of dry cargo ship. This article is mainly designed for inland dry cargo ship of 69.00m hull structure specification design, the vessel in accordance with the 《steel inland vessels construction norms》 (2009) as A-level in relevant to the calculation and the required strength.
