PAGE PAGE 2 广 州 大 学“挑 战 杯”学 生 作 品 广州市既有多层住宅增设电梯问题调查 摘要：随着老龄化社会的来临，既有多层住宅增设电梯越来越引起民众（尤其居住在无电梯楼房的中老年居民）的关注，成为一个亟待解决的问题。但由于在电梯加装过程中存在诸多社会、经济、法律等问题，加装电梯工作一直进展缓慢。本文采用定性分析与定量分析、理论研究与实证研究相结合的方法，选取广州若干有代表性的、加装电梯处于不同阶段的小区和居民楼，对居民和有关职能部门的管理者进行了深度访谈和问卷调查，运用SPSS统计软件对调查问卷进行了统计分析，并与深度访谈结果进行交叉分析和对比分析，较为真实地反映了广州市居民对既有多层住宅加装电梯的意见和看法。在此基础上，针对发现的问题，提出了相关政策建议。 关键词：既有多层住宅；加装电梯；利益分配；冲突管理；实证研究；社会评估 An Research on Adding Elevators to Existing Multi-storey Residential Buildings of Guangzhou Abstract: As China is becoming an ageing society, the issue of adding elevators to existing multi-storey residential building is attracting more and more attention of the people, especially those middle or senior age people who live in buildings without elevators. It becomes a social problem that desperately needs to be addressed. However, there are many problems in the elevator installation process, such as social, economic, legal and ects, which making the job of adding elevators a slow progress. Based on the approach that combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, some typical districts or buildings in Guangzhou that are in different phases of adding elevators to existing residential buildings are chosen as the subjects of the research in this paper. In the mean time, in-depth interview and questionnaire inquires are conducted with the residents concerned, which are statistically analyzed by using SPSS software, and the results are used for cross section analysis and comparative analysis against the in-depth interview results. At last, a relative accurate reflection of the opinions and views of the residents regarding adding elevators to existing multi-storey residential buildings are presented in this paper, and some relevant policy advices are put forward accordingly.
