精品毕业论文 PAGE 海 南 大 学 毕 业 论 文 题 目：公共领域道德缺失问题研究——以 公职人员的道德问题为例 学 号： 姓 名： 年 级： 学 院： 政治与行政学院 系 别： 行政管理 专 业： 行政管理 指导教师： 完成日期： 年 4月 5日 摘要 公共领域与私人领域的划分是现代生活的一个基本状态, 其中，公共领域作为公共利益的来源和民主表达的公共空间已经成为现代社会中衔接社会与国家的良好中介，成为现代社会的一个重要标志。在公共领域这个利益调节的场所里，当各群体利益矛盾尖锐时，除了依靠市场的自我调节、法律的调节以及国家调节以外，各行为主体的道德状况也直接影响着每个活动的各个环节，所以道德调节的作用由此显得越来越重要。但随着社会的发展变迁，诸多道德缺失现象的出现极大的削弱了道德的作用，严重影响了社会的发展，所以本论文以公共领域中道德缺失问题为研究目标，以公共领域中公职人员的道德问题为例，从公共领域的界定引入，对公共领域中的道德缺失问题进行探索性研究，探讨了公共领域中道德缺失问题的现状、成因以及负面影响，从而进一步探讨出改善问题的措施。 关键词 公共领域；道德缺失；根源分析；路径选择 Abstract The division between public and private fields is a basic state of modern life, in which the public sphere as a source of public interest and democratic expression of public space has become a bridge between modern society and the states, also a very important symbol of modern times. In this public domain where all interests can be adjusted, when conflict among the interests of different groups happen, what we can depend on isn’t only adjust by market, law, and country, but also adjust by behavioral actors’ moral, and this become more and more important. However, with the development of social change, a lot of moral deficiency phenomenon greatly weakened the role of ethics, has seriously affected the development of society. Therefore, this thesis studies the moral deficiency; start with the division of the public and private domains, take the public officers’ ethic as an example. The study includes current situation of the moral deficiency, causes and negative effects, furthermore, the measures to improve these problems.
