2013年稻花香酒 渝东北市场的整合扩张方案 重庆工商大学 商务策划管理 2009级 策划2班 李龙 指导教师:黄志贵 中文摘要:稻花香酒在2007年进入重庆市场过后,在重庆区县市场表现较好,特别是在渝东北地区,尤其是在渝东北的乡镇市场占有率较高。但是稻花香酒毕竟是外来品牌,在本土品牌中诗仙太白以及金江津品牌已经众所周知,加上川酒和黔酒对本地市场的抢占,稻花香酒要想继续在此地区站稳脚跟,就要在市场上不断采用战略迎接其他酒类品牌的挑战。本文经过分析目前稻花香酒在渝东北的市场表现后,在2013年,稻花香酒将在原来策略基础上,整合资源,采用全新的产品、价格、渠道、广告战略以及适时的促销策略来扩张稻花香酒在渝东北市场的市场占有率,提升稻花香在此区域的品牌知名度,从而使稻花香酒2013年在渝东北市场的表现一路高歌猛进! 关键词:稻花香酒 渝东北市场 扩张策略 Abstract:After the Daohuaxiang wine enter Chongqing market in 2007,performed better in the counties of Chongqing market,especially for the northeastern region of Chongqing, and especially higher the township market share in the northeast of Chongqing. After this article have analysed Daohuaxiang wine market performance in the northeast of Chongqing now, Daohuaxiang wine will organize resources and adopt the new product and price and place and advertising strategy and timely promotion strategy to overspread the market share in the northeast of Chongqing on the basis of the original strategy, in order to enhance the Daohuaxiang brand awareness in this area, promoting Daohuaxiang to advance virtue of these means in the market of northeastern region of Chongqing in 2013.
