PAGE 1 西安市旅游业发展的优劣势分析 摘 要 ?本文以选题背景和论文研究意义为阐述切入点，并综述国内外学者以往对旅游领域方面研究成果，论述旅游地旅游品牌特征和内涵；同时总体分析我国旅游业发展以及它的发展趋势，提出分析旅游业发展所具有的重要意义；通过分析了陕西西安市旅游发展问题，将陕西西安市具有的旅游概况、旅游市场和发展旅游业优势及劣势实施总体分析：陕西西安市发展旅游业具有与其他地区发展旅游业更为优越的地区位优势，西安市有着丰富的历史文化类旅游资源，并且价值较高，不过，西安市对有些人文旅游资源的开发利用率还相对较低，存有旅游产品开发单一和相对落后的缺点；在分析中，针对陕西西安市所存在的发展旅游业的优势和不足，提出相对改进性建议，从而为促进陕西西安市发展旅游业提供一定指导方向。 关键词：旅游业；发展现状；西安市；优势；劣势 Abstract In this paper, the background and the significance of this thesis is on the starting point, and summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars on the previous research results on the field of tourism, the tourism brand and connotation; at the same time analyzed the overall development of Chinas tourism industry and its development trend, put forward important meaning of tourism development; through the analysis of the problems in the development of tourism in Shaanxi city of Xian, tourism survey, with Shaanxi Xian city tourism market and tourism development advantages and disadvantages analysis: the implementation of the overall development of tourism industry in Shaanxi city of Xian and other regions in the development of tourism has superior geographical advantages, Xian city has a rich historical and cultural tourism resources, and value high, however, Xian city development and utilization of some cultural tourism resources of the rate is relatively low, there is a single tourism product development and relative A drawback of the backward; in the analysis, for existed in Xian, Shaanxi tourism development advantages and disadvantages, puts forward relative suggestions, so as to promote the development of tourism in Xian, Shaanxi, provide some direction.
